Our Leaders

Janelle Redlaczyk

A life-long Lutheran, Janelle has been active in children's Sunday School and Youth Programs for over ten years.  Janelle holds a bachelor's degree in visual arts from the University of North Dakota, and a master's in education from The College of William and Mary in Virginia. 

She currently works as a museum educator and lives in Bella Vista with her husband, Ted, and daughter, Claire.

Lisa Muller

Lisa and her husband, Richard, joined United Lutheran in 2005 when they moved to Bella Vista from Florida.  Lisa has been involved with our youth since that time and was the Youth Leader for a year and a half.

Currently, she is the Youth representative on the Church Council and helps out as needed and with larger youth events.

Lisa works part time as a nurse and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Minnesota State University
